    Abstract:

Storm surge is a kind of serious natural disaster that occurring along the ocean coast, which is usually accompanied by large waves. The coupling of storm surges and waves is a great threat to the security of coastal areas. The previous researches on marine dynamic disasters of offshore disaster-bearing bodies are mostly focused on the influence of a single disaster-causing factor, and constant water levels and wave elements are mostly used. The research on the coupling effect of storm surges and waves and its dynamic response to seawall disaster-bearing body is still insufficient. In this paper, the storm surge tide level and wave process caused by typhoon 9711 in Beilun sea area of Ningbo are used to simulate the real dynamic tide level process by superimposing the continuous storm surge water level variation process with the wave process. The dynamic coupling simulation of storm surge and wave is realized in the three-dimensional wave basin, which provides a reference for the development of related model tests.
