    Abstract:

    In view of the problem of complicated display of information on the interface of the water safe navigation supervision service system,cumbersome use,and poor background information sharing,we carry out a research on the water safe navigation supervision service platform based on the electronic sea (river)map. Proposing the concept of layer overlay,hierarchical display and SOA,we design innovatively a business view model based on a graph and the overall architecture of a shared database,which successfully integrates mature electronic sea(river)technology with maritime safe navigation supervision and service business in depth,and breaks through back-end data barriers to provide effective technical means for achieving cross-regional and cross-departmental data sharing and coordination and improving the efficiency and service of maritime safe navigation supervision.
