In the foundation treatment of water transport engineering,plastic drainage plates are often adopted for the drainage and solidification of the sludge and soft soil.The quality of the drainage board directly affects the foundation curing effect and plays a key role for the safety and quality of the project.Therefore,the quality control of the drainage board and its construction is particularly important.There are some key points that we must pay attention to kinking,jointing,verticality,damage of plate membrane filter and the return of drainage board.This paper analyzes the causes of the return of drainage board from two aspects including the plate's self-weight and friction，puts forward measures for controlling the return of drainage board，and carries out corresponding adjustment and improvement on the site construction technology.
