As a protective structure,the accropode is widely used in coastal and offshore breakwater projects.The prefabrication of the accropode needs to be performed in a temporary or professional prefabricated site.The number of prefabricated blocks is often large,so the improvement of block prefabrication efficiency and cost saving have become key issue.In this paper,based on the examples of the south and north breakwater projects in the Guangli Port District of Dongying Port,a portable lifting device for lifting the accropode by a loader is introduced for the block reverse movement in the prefabricated process of the accropode.Many advantages,such as small quantity,high efficiency of reverse transportation,small area occupied by the site,flexible operation,etc.,have greatly improved the transfer efficiency in the accropode site and saved construction costs to a certain extent.
