Interlocking block paving is widely used in the port area.After investigation,we find that the quality of interlocking block paving in various ports in China is uneven.In view of this situation,we compare the standards of the quality control and testing of the interlocking block pavement in China and Britain,and obtain their similarities and differences.The results show that although the Chinese and British standards have similar requirements for the appearance quality and size,strength and physical performance of the interlocking block,their sampling inspection methods are different.Chinese standards lack some parameter requirements for construction quality control,and there is no clear regulation on the initial maintenance and overhaul requirements of the pavement.Therefore,we supply the missing part of the Chinese standards to provide a reference for the revision of the interlocking block construction standard.
