    Abstract:

    The laser scanning cabin technology is susceptible to various factors during using,such as ship movement,sandpile shape and ship shape,and the measurement data is inaccurate.Taking sand ship measuring volume in the Hongkong third runway 3206 section project as an example,we introduce the working principle,field operation method and data processing of three-dimensional laser scanner through actual construction on site,analyze its shortcomings,and improve the equipment,process and measurement scheme.The results show that the optimization scheme can improve the accuracy and efficiency of measurement data acquisition,which can provide references for the similar projects.
