    Abstract:

    The sludge solidification soil in the dredging project is the high concentration non-Newtonian slurry.We carry out the fluidity test of sludge solidified soil and two-dimensional transient numerical simulation by the H-B rheological model,and determine the yield stress.We use the sludge solidified soils with water-solid ratios of 0.8,0.9 and 1.0,at 150,200,250 mm pipeline diameters,under the velocities of 1.5,2.5 and 3.5 m/s respectively,analyze the hydraulic transport characteristics,and fit the formula for calculating the hydraulic loss.The results show that the effects of flow velocity,viscosity and pipeline diameter on hydraulic loss are obvious.Hydraulic loss increases with the increase of flow velocity and viscosity,and decreases with the increase of pipeline diameter.
