    Abstract:

    In the construction of traditional caisson gravity wharf, the fender is located on the breast wall,which is easy to install and simple to construct;the rear track beam is situated on the caisson and there is no differential settlement between the front and back track beams;flash butt welding is the main method for track connection,with low construction efficiency and low quality welded by welders;horizontal influence is greater;surface crack is a common quality defect in wharf construction,which directly affects the apparent quality of wharf.Taking the second phase of the container terminal of the second harbor basin of Jinzhou Port as an example,we optimize and adjust the construction technology of fender,caisson backfill prism (back track beam foundation),rail connection and breast wall crack prevention for low elevation gravity wharf,and have obtained the good effect.
