Abstract:Taking a seaport liquefied hydrocarbon terminal design project as an example, focusing on safety, and compared with the relatively mature design experience in oil terminal, liquefied chemical wharf and liquefied natural gas terminal,we put forward suggestions on the wharf layout, layout form of the working platform, the off-center berthing problem caused by multiple loading arms, the design method of liquefied hydrocarbon leakage collection, and on the low-level confined spaces, vent lines, use of fire-fighting medium, connection of process pipelines and equipment, and accident water collection,so as to provide reference for the subsequent design of such terminals.
