For the safety distance between the anchorage of sea port and structures or subsea pipeline and cable,we investigate the management department of anchorage around coastlines in China,compare the stipulations in codes concerning the safety distance of the anchorage arrangement of both China and foreign countries,and carry out a comprehensive analysis of the report about the anchor breaking accidents happened combining with the ship handling simulation test.As a result,we get the suggestive value of the safety distance between the sea port anchorage and the buildings,structures,and subsea cable pipelines,which provides a basis for the sea port anchorage design.
