Abstract:In view of the problem of the reconstruction of existing facilities caused by the entry of railway lines,and based on the analysis of the current status of the planned railway line entry area and the operational needs of the port area,we make a technical and economic comparison of the overall layout of the port area caused by the entry of the railway to the port area.Following the principle of “ensuring the operation of the port area,not occupying the existing yard as far as possible,and minimizing the impact on existing facilities”,we propose the recommended scheme 3,which lays a foundation for building a large-scale iron ore sea-rail intermodal transport hub in Ningbo Zhoushan Port.
