    Abstract:

    The 3D design and BIM design of wharf and waterway engineering need more precise,visual and fully covered three-dimensional ground model.We collect high precision measurement point cloud data by using multi-beam bathymetric technology,UAV aerial survey technology and 3D laser scanning technology.Based on the software of AutoCAD and Civil 3D,we establish a high-precision and intuitive 3D terrain model for demonstrating,and analyze it with engineering examples.The results show that the solution of three-dimensional measurement and internal and external technical solution from land to water of local key construction is reasonable and effective.It can meet the requirements of 3D design and BIM design,and it has high application value and reference value.
