Abstract:In view of the problem of low efficiency of concrete interlock block and the influence of human factors on the fabric quality under the existing process,the research on the mechanical mechanization of concrete interlocking block is carried out.The concrete spreading process is finished by controlling the switch valve.The diameter of dividing pipe,the spreading height and the spreading operating system are optimized through the field tests. The mechanized process with precise spreading and multi-pipe spreading is developed.The new technology has realized the transformation from traditional manual production process to mechanized automatic production process.It can not only improve the precision and efficiency of spreading,but also eliminate the impact of human factors.Therefore,the new process can meet the needs of mass production of concrete interlocking blocks.
