    Abstract:

    If traditional technology of punched cast-in-place piles is used on water,we will meet some difficulties,such as limitations of applicable conditions,environmental pollution and cost increment.Depending on the characteristics of Sanya Phoenix Island project,we expound measures of reducing production cost,reducing pollution,improving the construction efficiency,improving construction quality by optimizing the structure type and layout design of steel platform,optimizing design of mud circulation system,structural stability calculation and application of new equipment.The results show that the measures of technology optimization and platform improvement are effective and practical.
