Aiming at the problem of port-city integration planning about the port-city separation type city,the paper takes Qinzhou Dalanping as example to analyze the points of port-city integration planning about function,industry,space layout,port planning and transportation system,and puts forward suggestions as follows:making plans according to circumstances,paying attention to the role of industry,planning the port and city transportation system as a whole,and dealing with the relationship between elasticity and control.
