    Abstract:

    In the design of sloping dike on silt foundation,drain consolidation,overburden layer and geobelt-reinforced cushion are effective solutions to solve the stability problem.The sloping dike in Pinghu Jiulong Mountain complement land-scape second-stage construction locates on silt foundation,with high elevation and steep slope of 1:3.5 in front of the dike.Overburden layer is not suitable under this condition.The stability of the dike can’t be solved economically through drain consolidation and geobelt-reinforced cushion.So,slope-resistant piles are used to improve the dike stability effectively and economically.
