In the construction of the maintenance management platform of the Yangtze River digital waterway，applying the ArcGIS API for Flex technology，we realize the timely renewal and rapid release and display of the traced drawing of the waterway in the maintenance management platform，so that users are able to know easily the information about the waterway through the browser and thus the efficiency of waterway maintenance is improved.
