Abstract:
To ensure the timeliness of the Changjiang electronic navigational chart (ENC) data update，this paper studies the data preprocessing and renewal process，and researches the ENC update tools development technology.The use of this tool for automatic processing of ENC data update simplifies the manual operation of the heavy steps and improves the Yangtze River electronic channel data preprocessing efficiency.
