Taking a navigation lock and a quay engineering for example,this paper analyzes the influence of reinforcement upgrading on the reinforcement design of port and water engineering works.The possible resolving methods are also given,which can satisfy the requirements of reinforcement reducing,energy saving and environmental protection.
