Based on the design of the traffic organization on Shanghai Wusongkou cruise homeport, the thesis compares M/M/N and N-M//M/1 queuing system models in passenger customs clearance and analyzes the experience of different queuing model. The preliminary optimal control approach of interest between passengers and services agency is proposed.
