Currently, the internet of things is an important part of the emerging strategic industries, is one of the strategic high ground of the world’s economic and technology in new round development, and is an important role in promoting to accelerate the transformation of economic development. The core point of this paper is with the internet of things to promote the development of intelligence of port, is an important development direction of port modernization in China, and an important path of changing patterns of port development and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of ports.
