Innovative talents waterborne transport engineering are persons with innovative ideas who solve problems of waterborne transport in a creative way. To train innovative talents of waterborne transport engineering, we should change the linear training mode which is mainly undertaken by the universities alone and form one characterized by multi-level, multi-channel and multi-agent, in which, industry, learning and research are coordinated with each other.
