At present, there is a lack of in-depth research and breakthrough of the universal and special treatment methods for the soft soil foundation. Based on the construction practice of water conservancy engineering, this paper explores the construction techniques of caisson foundation. These techniques have been planned to be applied as the provincial construction techniques.
