This paper expounds the general situation of Yuedong LNG terminal engineering, hazardous characteristics of the LNG shipping, as well as the maneuverability of the LNG carrier, demonstrates on the location, general layout, harbor basin, waterway, and anchorage of the LNG terminal from the aspects including the ship navigation environment and safety perspective, and analyzes the security requirement on the tug, safety management, and maritime supervision.
