    Abstract:

The analysis and evaluation of the level of energy saving and emission reduction of ports is essential for achieving the goal of saving and reduction. Taking the dominance of the order and diversity among various indicators into account, and using the multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation method combined with indicator order, we determine the weight coefficient, and conduct the empirical evaluation on the energy saving level of five ports. The result of evaluation accords with the level of port energy reduction at the current stage. So the method is both operational and practical.
