    Abstract:

To satisfy marine concrete construction, we carried out an experimental study on the high-performance self-compacting marine concrete with fly ash and slag powder. Experimental results show that the fluidity, filling ability, passing ability and segregation resistance of self-compacting concrete containing 20% to 30% fly ash are good when mineral admixtures content is from 60% to 70% and they can satisfy marine concrete construction. Moreover, its compressive strength in 28 days is greater than 50 MPa, charge passed in 56 days is less than 1000 C, and chloride penetration coefficient is under 1.5×10-12 m2/s. Its compressive strength and chloride resistance are high and thus it may be used in concrete structures of marine circumstance.
