Analysis of high-pile wharf under crane traveling load

    Abstract:

    In order to research the safety reliability of high-pile wharf under the crane traveling load, we take a steel-concrete mix rigid frame high-pile wharf as a study case to establish the whole 3D numerical model,which includes the piles, surrounding soils, structures and the upper rigid frames , and adopt the software ANSYS for numerical calculation. The result indicates that the most dangerous case is that when the north crane and south cranearrive at the cantilever of the water side rigid frame simultaneously; when the displacement, stress, internal force of the wharf are sensitive to the synchronization with the same movement case; and when the axial force of piles are all compression, and the piles along the No.E longitudinal beam can’t be drawn out. This conclusion can be used for the design of the same type high-pile wharf.
