    Abstract:

    Based on the slope reliability and optimization principle, we construct the high slope system design and excavation optimization model, regarding the total expectation cost as the objective function. In combination withthe practical engineering of Funing port in Yunnan province, we optimize the high slope located in the general berth land area, and obtain the relationships of safety factor,reliability and the design slope angle. Meanwhile, we propose the reasonable excavation model with different loss coefficients based on the expected cost. The optimization design theory of high slope based on the expected cost proposed may serve as a reference for the practical slope projects.
