The numerical model is built up for studying the interaction between the diagram wall and pilecombined quay structure and soil in the Egypt East Port Said Container Port Phase II project. The structure internal force, stress-strain, displacement under various load combinations are analyzed. All research achievements including the displacement and settlement of the combined quay structure are mainly input and referenced data for the detailed design, which is an innovation design solutions for the complicated combined quay structure. The content and design methodology of the numerical analysis may serve as a successful reference for the study and design of similar complicated structures.
