From the risk definition and classification, the paper analyzes the risk factors and characteristics for the construction enterprises during project implementation, states the risk allocation principles, the usual risk countermeasures, and the all-round risk control measures which can be adopted to control the risks, so as to improve the enterprises awareness for project risks and corresponding management, put precautionary measures into effect,and reduce the risk loss.
