    摘要:

    随着国内装配式钢结构箱式房建造技术的发展以及供配电系统设备的更新换代, 变电所由单一的钢筋混凝土结构逐渐向多元化发展, 钢结构形式的变电所由早期的传统箱变慢慢过渡到模块化预装配式变电所(E-house)形式。通过研究E-house在港口项目中的实际运用案例得出, 传统撬装式变电所存在内部空间狭小不能完全满足设备操作维护需要、且接线形式较为简易导致变压器容量受到限制等明显的局限性。E-house在客户定制化、节约现场安装调试成本、缩短项目建设周期等方面存在明显优势, 更适用于地域位置条件苛刻、现场人员配置有限且工期紧张的港口工程。

    Abstract:

    With the development of prefabricated steel structure box-type house construction technology, as well as the upgrading of power supply and distribution system equipment, the structural type of substation has gradually developed from reinforced concrete structure to a diversified one, the steel structure substation also gradually transited from the early traditional box-type to the modular prefabricated substation (E-house).Through the study of the actual application of E-house in the harbor project, it is concluded that the traditional box-type substation has some obvious limitations, such as narrow internal space, which cannot fully meet the space required for equipment operation and maintenance, and the internal wiring form is relatively simple, which leads to the limitation of the transformer capacity.E-house has obvious advantages in customer customization, saving on-site installation and commissioning costs, shortening project construction cycle and so on.It is more suitable for port projects with harsh geographical conditions, limited on-site staffing and tight construction period.
