This paper puts forward the conception of short-range order and innovative thinking.Among those conception,the ternary structure of innovative thinking is composed of constructive thinking,deconstruction thinking and demand thinking.Construction means the realization of the target;while deconstruction means the development and evolution to the new target of a specific link in the process of achieving the target,and demand includes the real needs,potential needs and construction needs.The purpose of theory guiding practice could be achieved by applying the above theory to the activities of project management.
