    深中通道岛隧结合段采用高压旋喷桩形成止水帷幕结构,采用传统取芯检测方法难以合理评价止水效果。基于水位恢复法,将岛隧结合段视作单一抽水井,设计了一套止水帷幕渗透性分析评价试验方法。通过埋设水位管、孔隙水压力计对潜水水位及承压水压力进行监测,获得试验期间的水位连续变化数据,推算得到止水帷幕渗透系数。结果表明,高压旋喷桩作为止水帷幕的岛隧结合段单日最大渗流量约169.05 m3,利用达西公式,计算综合渗透系数为7.03×10-6 cm/s,接近黏土渗透系数,高压旋喷桩止水帷幕止水效果较好,后续岛隧结合段基坑的开挖、施工过程也印证了该结论。在取芯检测法难以判断桩体质量时,该方法可作为止水帷幕止水性能评价的有效手段。研究结果对于高压旋喷桩止水帷幕设计与现场原位检测具有一定的参考意义。

    Abstract:

    The island-tunnel joint section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is reinforced with high-pressure jet grouting piles to form a water-stop curtain.It is hard to accurately assess the water-stop performance of the curtain through conventional core sampling tests.Based on the water level recovery test method,this study regards the island-tunnel joint section as an independent pumping well and develops a test procedure for analyzing and evaluating the permeability of anti-seepage curtains.The phreatic water level and confined water pressure are monitored by embedding water level pipes and pore water pressure gauges,and the continuous water level change data during the test are obtained to calculate the permeability coefficient of the water-stop curtain.The results show that the maximum daily water seepage of the island-tunnel joint section using high-pressure jet grouting piles as the water-stop curtain is about 169.05 m3,and the comprehensive permeability coefficient calculated via Darcy’s law is 7.03×10-6 cm/s,a value close to that of clay.The high-pressure jet grouting pile cutoff wall exhibits good water-stopping performance,which has been verified by the subsequent excavation and construction process of the foundation pit at the island-tunnel joint section.When the coring detection method is difficult to judge the pile quality,this method can be used as an effective means for evaluating the water-stop performance of the water-stop curtain.The research results have certain reference significance for the design and field in-situ detection of high-pressure jet grouting pile water-stop curtain.
